Excel Impact

Excel Impact is looking for a Data & AI Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights, scalable reporting solutions, and practical AI-powered applications. This role combines data analysis, business intelligence, AI-assisted development, automation, and emerging technologies to solve real-world business problems and drive measurable impact.

About The Role

As a Data & AI Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, developing reporting and analytics solutions, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work with a variety of data sources and technologies, including BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets, APIs, and Python, while leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve how teams access and use data.

Beyond traditional data analysis, this role will help expand the organization’s use of AI and agentic workflows. You will have opportunities to leverage tools such as Claude Code, Google AI Studio, and other emerging AI technologies to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive processes, develop intelligent workflows, and create innovative ways for teams to access, interpret, and act on data.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical, technical, and business skills with a natural curiosity about how technology can solve real-world problems. You should also be excited to continuously explore new technologies and identify practical ways to improve how we work.

Most importantly, this role requires the ability to connect the full journey from business problem → data → analysis → solution → measurable business impact, using data and AI not simply as tools, but as drivers of better decisions, greater efficiency, and business performance.

Enhance dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytical tools through AI automation to create efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Business Partnership & Innovation: Translate business questions into data, analytics, reporting, automation, and AI solutions and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve revenue, business efficiency, quality, and decision-making, while continuously exploring emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
