Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a Data Migration & Integration Lead in the Washington, DC area to drive data architecture, database operations, and governed data services supporting contract writing, reporting, modernization, and enterprise data quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Top Secret DoD clearance, 7+ years in data architecture, API integration, and experience with AWS/Azure and Amazon RDS. You will lead data migration, collaborate with architects and developers, and ensure performance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data management, information systems, or a related field.
• Top Secret DoD Clearance
• 7+ years in data architecture, data migration, and API integration, with experience in DoD procurement data standards.
• Relevant AWS database/data or data-management certification preferred; CompTIA Security+ required.
• Ability to support performance, availability, integrity, and data standards
• Knowledge of data structures, integration patterns, reporting support, and operational sustainment in production environments
• Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) experience
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications

Data Migration & Integration Lead

Lead data architecture and database operations, ensuring reliable, high-performing, and well-governed data services that support contract writing, reporting, modernization, and enterprise data quality through common data models and structures.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data management, information systems, or a related field
• Top Secret DoD Clearance
• 7+ years in data architecture, data migration, and API integration, with experience in DoD procurement data standards.

• Oracle Certification preferred

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$150,000 - $160,000 USD
