Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an experienced DAS Technician to support the In-Building Wireless Solutions (IWS) team in the Houston, TX area. The role focuses on installing DAS components, coordinating cable runs, and maintaining DAS system health to meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of technical experience, ability to read schematics, and strong communication skills. The position may require varying shifts, field travel, and collaboration with OEMs and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of technical experience or related education/experience.
• Willingness to learn new technology and read designs/bills of materials.
• Hands-on experience with project-specific OEMs.

Responsabilités

• Install and support DAS components per manufacturer and MCA standards.
• Assist in installing/coordinating cables (coaxial, fiber, Cat 5/6) in diverse environments.
• Use basic hand and power tools professionally on job sites.
• Ensure safe, clean work areas and maintain customer confidence with quality work.
• Oversee health and performance of DAS systems to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Receive, act on, update, and resolve tickets related to DAS issues.
