Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) seeks Technicians in Houston, TX to install DAS systems in the field. Entry level candidates are welcomed with on-the-job training, or Technician II/III with DAS experience. Regional travel within Texas is required and pay is commensurate with experience.

The Technician will assist with coax/fiber installation, antenna placement, and documentation. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are essential as CTS standards are applied on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Physical ability to carry tools, materials, & ladders; lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of Field Manager/ Lead Tech.
• Install DAS components including antennas and equipment.
• String coax and fiber cables on job sites.
• Transport materials and attend apprentice classes.
• Document site walks and assist in bidding processes.
