POSITION SUMMARY: Our company is seeking an experienced DAS Project Manager specializing in managing DAS systems to lead complex projects for major carriers like T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, from site acquisition and permitting to construction and network integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all activities are effectively and efficiently coordinated and completed on time and within budget.

Act as the single point-of-contact between DTS and the Client and between DTS and the End-Client and maintain constant communication with and provide progress reports to Client(s)

Set, manage, and effectively communicate project expectations and success criteria to project team members in a timely and clear fashion and throughout the project’s life cycle.

Create and maintain project management plans, schedule, and budgets, using DTS-supplied toolkits (i.e., SiteTracker, Excel, etc.)

Schedule and run internal and external project meetings such as Kick-Off, Status Update, Troubleshooting, etc.

Estimate resources and personnel needed to achieve project goals and make any necessary recommendations to department manager during project cycle.

Identify and resolve any issues and/or potential conflicts that may arise during the project’s life cycle.

COMPETENCIES:

Solid understanding of wireless networks and experience with indoor DAS design projects and knowledge of In-Building Wireless Solutions and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).

Ability to effectively communicate with Engineers, Construction Managers, Field Technicians as well as senior management and effectively run multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary meetings.

Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field, Master's degree preferred. PMP certification is a plus.

Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless project management experience. Proven experience working with major wireless carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon.
