Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a System Performance Engineer to support the Arizona/New Mexico Desert market. The role involves onsite DAS and small cell networks, RF testing, data analysis, and coordinating with CTS teams to meet SLA commitments.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of RF engineering experience with DAS/RAN, strong RF math skills, and the ability to travel regionally. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required and a self-motivated, collaborative mindset is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of RF Engineering, In-Building DAS, RAN or Small Cell with RF math.
• Advanced knowledge of industry test equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Demodulator, Cable Analyzer, Power Meters, Scanners, UEs).
• Ability to complete RF Link Budgets, Power Sharing and Noise Figure Calculations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and iBwave design files.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Onsite technical implementation and troubleshooting of In-Building DAS and managed networks.
• Perform pre and post RF benchmark data collection and analysis.
• Interface with CTS operations to ensure high-quality network builds.
