Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Program Manager - DARPA BTO SETA Support to work onsite in our Arlington, VA office. The PM will provide leadership and operational management for the SETA team, serving as the primary interface to BTO management and COR/CO, while overseeing staffing, performance, and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior SETA contract experience with DARPA in the past five years.
• Experience as Program Manager or Deputy PM on a federal contract.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with Government ADPM, COR, and CO for contract management matters.
• Manage and oversee contractor personnel, including performance management and team coordination.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and staffing to fill SETA positions with qualified personnel.
• Maintain staffing continuity and address personnel performance or availability issues.
• Oversee contract operations, reporting, and workforce planning in a fast-paced DARPA R&D environment.
