Amentum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Network Government Contractor to support United States Military Liaison Officers in deploying research and development (R&D) capabilities to mission partners around the globe. The successful candidate will provide expert technical support and guidance to facilitate the integration of cutting-edge technologies and solutions with international partners, enhancing their cyber security posture and capabilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with US Military Liaison Officers to identify and prioritize R&D deployment opportunities with mission partners worldwide.
- Conduct technical assessments and analyses to determine the feasibility of deploying R&D capabilities to international partners.
- Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions to support the deployment of R&D capabilities, ensuring compliance with US government regulations and security standards.
- Provide technical training and support to international partners on the use and maintenance of deployed R&D capabilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including US Military Liaison Officers, international partners, and other government agencies.
- Identify and mitigate potential cyber security risks and threats associated with R&D deployments.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of deployed R&D capabilities.
- Provide regular progress reports and briefings to US Military Liaison Officers and other stakeholders on R&D deployment activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber security, network engineering, or a related field.
- Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
- Proven experience working with US government agencies, international partners, and other stakeholders to deploy and support cyber/network capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, protocols, and technologies, including network architecture, threat analysis, and risk management.
- Familiarity with US government regulations and security standards, including NIST, FISMA, and DoD guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25% of the time, including international).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- CISSP, CEH, or other relevant cyber security certifications.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of foreign languages, particularly those spoken in regions where R&D deployments will occur.
- Familiarity with international cyber security standards and regulations, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
