Qualifications

• Two years of community/medical interpreting experience required.
• Language assessment if not certified (NCHI/NBCMI/CCHI/CMI) preferred.
• HIPAA and privacy laws knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote video and audio interpreting service.
• Adhere to AMN Healthcare Language Services policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and accurate record keeping.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
• Complete training and pass readiness checks before live calls.
• Engage in ongoing quality assurance and call monitoring.
