Qualifications
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) required.
- Valid EU passport or work permit allowing employment in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service for telecom products and services.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide clear, effective solutions for network or device-related inquiries.
- Resolve billing and subscription questions accurately and efficiently.
- Represent the client as a brand ambassador for a leading global telecom company.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM to maintain accurate service history.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to stay updated on software, hardware, and mobile network advancements.
- Understand telecommunications regulations and client service protocols.
