  • Deliver exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and streaming challenges.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform updates and features.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A passion for technology and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is a plus, but not mandatory!
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
