Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, and policies to ensure satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Stay informed about our product range to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus.
