As a Customer Service Associate for Poker & Sports with Danish language skills, you will handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, assess individual issues, and take appropriate actions to meet customer needs. Your goal is to resolve queries and ensure our customers enjoy an exceptional entertainment experience each day.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Lead, you will be part of the CS Team responsible for maintaining in-depth product knowledge while providing high-quality customer care to our clients.

What you will do:
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, assessing problems and taking appropriate actions;
• Report system bugs and general issues experienced by customers to specialized departments or CS Management;
• Escalate suspicious customer activities to CS Management and Compliance Department;
• Maintain detailed knowledge of products and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Fluency in English and Danish
• Ability to perform well in a challenging environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications, with good typing skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
