Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory to assist our specific client base.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for these premier roles based in Athens.
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and willingness to master technical support protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain composure during security incidents.
• Excellent communication, translating technical concepts into simple language for Danish-speaking users.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and consultation to Danish-speaking clients regarding cybersecurity protocols and software solutions.
• Monitor and analyze potential digital threats, ensuring clients receive timely protection and advisory services.
• Communicate complex security information in a clear, professional, and accessible manner to non-technical end-users.
• Collaborate with internal security teams to troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents within the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and security findings, upholding privacy standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and vulnerabilities in the cybersecurity sector to provide proactive advice.
• Represent Mercier Consultancy Group with integrity and professionalism while working on-site in Greece.
