Job summary

Williams Oil Company Inc is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Dandy store team in Candor, NY. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure strong store performance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing scheduling, recruiting, and training, plus maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests. Two years retail and supervisory experience are preferred, with a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in the retail industry and two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Education and Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods as well as perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.
