Job summary

Reyes Automotive Group in San Antonio is seeking a Dandori Team Lead for the Production Control department. This onsite, full-time role oversees the daily Dandori (Material Handling) team, ensuring timely, safe material movement and accuracy in Kanban and finished goods placement.

You will train and guide team members, coordinate shift activities, promote 5S and SWI adherence, and collaborate with warehouse and production to resolve material flow issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; Reyes training required within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Dandori activities for assigned shift.
• Monitor manpower to ensure timely material handling.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and SWIS.
• Audit 5S and coach on organization maintenance.
• Communicate with shift supervisors, warehouse, and production.
• Identify material flow issues and promote improvements.
• Perform material handling duties as needed.
