Job summary

Creation Station Dance is looking for a part-time MAGICAL, FUN, ENERGETIC, INSPIRING AND PERMANENT dance teacher. This role requires teaching ballet, tap, and hip hop to young children, with most students under 8 years old. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and live within proximity to the Culver City studio.

Weekend availability and Sunday afternoons are preferred. This is a permanent position with potential for growth to Studio Director.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Proficient in ballet, tap, hip hop to teach young children (16 months to ~8 years).
• Must be punctual and on time for work.
• Must live in reasonable proximity to the studio.
• Available weekdays and weekends; Sunday afternoons to start.
• Permanent position with potential to grow to Studio Director.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple times during the week and on weekends.
• Tutor children in dance styles (ballet, tap, hip hop).
• Contribute to a positive, energetic class environment.

• Must be proficient in ballet, tap, hip hop to teach young children(we start at 16 months, with the majority of our students under 8 yrs)
• You MUST be punctual and on time for work.
• Must live in reasonable Proximity to the studio.
• Looking for teachers to teach multiple times during the week and on weekends. Looking for a teacher to teach Sunday afternoons to start. We may also have desk shifts available durimg the week as well
• Position could grow professionally to a Full Time Studio Director position
• Must be available weekdays and weekends.
