Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is growing and currently hiring a Performing Arts Professional to lead private and group dance classes with high energy and customer focus. You will work with students to reach personal dance goals, participate in events, and contribute to a welcoming, active studio environment.

We value enthusiasm, strong service skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn from coaching and feedback while maintaining excellent fitness levels to perform across a busy schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private dance classes and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through various formats.
• Attend events with students and participate in studio activities.
• Engage with customers and provide a high-energy, fun experience.
