Job summary

Tippi Toes Dance is seeking a General Manager to lead the Kansas City territory, promoting the program in the community, driving enrollment, and building a strong team of Dance Instructors. You will partner with the Territory Director to scale operations and revenue across corporate and franchise locations in the US.

The role requires a proven sales track record, franchise experience, and a passion for children and dance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a business/supervisory lead role.
• Proven sales track record and/or willingness to train and learn the process.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to plan weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with franchise modeled businesses.
• High energy, self-motivation and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee territory operations and enrollment growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with Day Cares and Schools.
• Recruit, hire and onboard Dance Instructors.
• Monitor instructor enrollment ratios and class quality.
• Collaborate with Territory Director to maximize opportunities.
• Implement company playbooks, processes and procedures.
• Develop and promote revenue drivers (parties, camps, merchandise).
• Ensure brand consistency and scalable operations across locations.
