Paycom in Overland Park, KS is seeking a part-time Dance Instructor to teach Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop, Acro, Lyrical, and more to dancers of all ages in a fun, inclusive setting.

Classes begin January 2027, with training completed by December 11, 2026. Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma. Compensation starts at $25/hr, with weekday evenings 4:15–8:00pm and Saturdays, plus additional daytime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching dance to varied ages.
• Must be 18+ and have completed high school.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead dance classes for children and adults of varying skill levels.
• Teach technique across Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acrobatics.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans with engaging activities.
• Assess students and adapt teaching methods as needed.
• Ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Provide individualized feedback and communicate with students and parents.
