Fred Astaire Dance Studios is growing our team of professional instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes across the week, helping students achieve personal dance goals while keeping energy high and motivation strong.

If you love interacting with people, staying very active, and attending events with students in the evenings or on weekends, this role offers a dynamic environment, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willing to commit to the work and be accountable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events or ongoing lessons.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students.
• Collaborate with team to provide coaching and feedback.
