Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios, Inc. is growing and currently hiring for the position of Dance Instructor.

As a high-energy, customer-focused instructor, you’ll conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week and guide students toward their personal dance goals. We welcome applicants with or without prior dance experience; you’ll join a team that emphasizes fun, interaction with people of all ages, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with coaching feedback.
• Ability to work with students of all ages and levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Guide students toward personal dance goals and growth.
• Attend weekday events and some evenings/weekends with students.
• Collaborate with the Fred Astaire team to run engaging sessions.
