Job summary

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is seeking energetic, dependable instructors to join our founding team. We offer high-energy adult dance classes in a welcoming, judgment-free environment that emphasizes community, confidence, and fun.

From leading classes to supporting events and maintaining brand standards, you’ll play a key role in building the founding instructor team. Training is provided and part-time W-2 employment is offered in Rockwall, Texas.

Qualifications

• No extensive professional dance résumé required.
• Able to lead a room, connect with others, and learn choreography.

Responsibilities

• Learn and teach DivaDance choreography to adult clients of all levels.
• Lead energetic, engaging classes with a welcoming vibe.
• Break down choreography so it is easy to follow.

• Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to lead.
• Follow DivaDance class formats, training, and brand standards.

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is Hiring Instructors!

Do you love dance, music, and creating an environment where people feel confident enough to completely let loose? DivaDance Rockwall is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic instructors to join our founding team!

DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. Our classes are about more than learning choreography-we're creating community, building confidence, and making sure every client leaves feeling amazing.

What You'll Do

• Learn and teach DivaDance choreography to adult clients of all dance levels
• Lead energetic, engaging classes while creating a welcoming and judgment-free environment
• Break down choreography in a way that is easy to follow
• Encourage clients and help create an unforgettable class experience
• Arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to lead
• Follow DivaDance class formats, training, and brand standards
• Communicate professionally with the DivaDance Rockwall leadership team
• Support special events, pop-ups, and other community experiences as scheduled

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable performing and speaking in front of groups
• Energetic, encouraging, and welcoming
• Able to learn and retain choreography
• Dependable and punctual
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Passionate about creating an inclusive, judgment-free community
• Available for a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and/or weekends

Previous dance, performance, fitness, choreography, or teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
