acac Fitness & Wellness Center in West Chester, IA is seeking high-energy dance instructors to lead our youth program. If you love to move and connect with kids, this is your chance to turn passion into a job you love.

You’ll teach fun, upbeat classes, bring creativity to every session, and create a safe space where kids feel confident. You’ll communicate with parents and cheer progress, inspiring the next generation one shuffle-ball-change at a time.

Qualifications

• Love working with kids of all ages.
• Background in dance, theatre, cheer, or rhythm and movement.
• High energy and positivity with a can-do attitude.
• Open to feedback and eager to improve.
• Ability to lead a room with warmth and confidence.
• Availability on Tuesday mornings & evenings and Wednesday evenings.

We're on the hunt for high-energy, kid-loving dance instructors to lead the way in our growing youth program. Whether you're a seasoned dancer, former performer, or just someone who lives to dance, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Teaching fun, upbeat dance classes to kids in a welcoming, positive environment
• Bringing your enthusiasm and creativity to every class
• Creating a safe space where kids feel confident and excited to learn
• Communicating with parents and cheering on every dancer’s progress
• Inspiring the next generation of dancers — one shuffle-ball-change at a time!

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Love working with kids of all ages
• Have a background in dance, theatre, cheer, or just a deep love of rhythm and movement
• Bring high energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to every class
• Are open to feedback and love finding new ways to improve your craft
• Can lead a room with confidence, warmth, and a little sparkle
• Are available Tuesday mornings & evenings and Wednesday evenings

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Must be ready to move — this is a hands-on, active role
• Ability to stand, walk, dance, and bend throughout your shift
• Must be able to demonstrate steps and assist children as needed

Bonus Points For:

• Experience choreographing routines
• Performing arts background
