Bermex, Inc. is seeking a Certified Damage Prevention Technician to join our field team. This role involves driving to sites, locating gas mains, and performing safety audits while handing out educational materials to excavators.

Responsibilities include collecting data via handheld devices, adhering to Code Rule 753, and maintaining professional communication with management and customers. Outdoor work, PPE, and safety focus are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 year of continuous work with the same employer, and/or 6+ months outdoors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Wear assigned PPE and company uniform; follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Gas Main Locating & Site Visits – locate mains and visit sites/3rd party excavation zones.
• Hand out educational materials/public awareness items to excavators.
• Collect data using handheld tablet or other collection device.
• Provide timely reports and complete Work Orders on assigned dates; travel to sites as needed.

The position will play a key role in safety and quality while driving, parking, and performing audits on marked gas lines.
