The Damage Assessment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, documenting, and supporting the resolution of utility, construction and fulfilment related damage incidents. This role supports internal teams by gathering key incident data, facilitating communication with field teams, and maintaining detailed records required for claims processing. The position ensures timely and accurate intake of damage claims, technical support during assessments, and coordination with insurance providers, legal representatives.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certifications in construction, utility safety, or claims handling preferred.
Experience:
• 2+years in claims support, utility construction, or damage coordination
• Familiarity with damage investigation processes, insurance procedures, or field reporting
Exposure:
• Understanding of construction practices and utility infrastructure
• Knowledge of incident documentation, claims systems, and regulatory standards
• Experience working with insurance adjusters or legal partners on claim matters

Physical Requirements
• Ability to work outdoors and conduct site visits in various weather conditions
