Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• One year of experience required.
• Valid driver's license required; out-of-state candidates must obtain a Texas license within 90 days of hire.
• Within six months of hire: TCEQ Dam Safety Certificate and Parks & Wildlife Boat Safety License.
• Employment testing includes Criminal Background Check, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and Physical Exam.

Responsabilités

• Safely performs grounds upkeep at Wesley Seale Dam, Sunrise Beach, and Rincon Pump Station.
• Maintains grounds equipment such as tractors, ATVs, mowers, weed trimmers, and chainsaws.
• Performs welding, cutting, painting, plumbing, fabrication and carpentry as needed at site locations.
• Lubricates and inspects pumps, valves, gates, and related mechanical equipment.
• Conducts regular inspections of embankments, crest, and spillways; reports abnormal conditions.
• Gathers weather data and maintains daily reports in Excel for dam operations.
