Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree is an asset.
  • Licensed or eligible for P.E. certification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Hands-on fieldwork experience required.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Plan subsurface geotechnical investigations and prepare agreements.
  • Perform geotechnical modeling using industry standard software.
  • Provide design recommendations and perform dam safety inspections.
  • Develop project-specific design criteria.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and perform construction monitoring.

Proficiency in in-situ and laboratory testing

Education
