Qualifications

• Seven+ years of technical project/program management experience delivering enterprise software or platform implementations.
• Proven experience managing multi-phase programs with parallel workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience planning and executing cutover/go-live events and post-launch hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across the full phased roadmap.
• Track milestones and critical path; manage multiple workstreams.
• Run risk and issue management; maintain risk register and drive resolutions.
• Coordinate cross-organizational stakeholders; run steering/status cadences.
• Report project status to client and leadership, including staffing and budget.
• Drive cutover and hypercare planning with Change Management and DAM team.
