Job summary

HED seeks an experienced Strategy & Development Leader based in Dallas–Fort Worth to grow HED’s regional presence and market share across sectors. You will build executive relationships, connect regional priorities with HED’s design expertise, and guide pursuit teams in pursuing major opportunities.

You will coordinate with Dallas leadership and sector leaders to develop annual growth plans, identify strategic accounts, and strengthen HED’s visibility in the Metroplex while traveling to engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, planning, or a related field.
• 10+ years in business development, market strategy, or client leadership.
• Proven ability to network with executives, civic and political leaders in Dallas–Fort Worth.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth plans and annual target clients in the Metroplex.
• Develop and sustain strategic client relationships with executives and officials.
• Coordinate with sector leadership to shape pursuits and proposals.
