Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Sales Associate in Dallas, TX to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales on the Frontgate brand. This onsite role requires a capable team player with a background in specialty retail, strong product knowledge, and a service-first mindset.

You will report to the Assistant Store Manager and work a schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, contributing to a dynamic, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems with cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals at daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Provide guests with accurate and efficient service and education on Frontgate products.
