Oscar is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer in Dallas to strengthen our technical foundations, automate deployments, and improve reliability with security at the core. You will work closely with a cross-functional R&D team to embed security into development processes and monitor systems for threats.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud security. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration and proactive incident handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms like Azure and OCI.
• CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code experience.
• Strong Linux, networking and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications in a microservices setup.
• Design and run CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Manage infrastructure with IaC and automation.
