We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer.
You'll work closely with a cross-functional R&D organization to strengthen our technical foundations, automate deployments, improve system reliability, and ensure security is built into our infrastructure and development processes.

What You'll Do
We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer.
You'll work closely with a cross-functional R&D organization to strengthen our technical foundations, automate deployments, improve system reliability, and ensure security is built into our infrastructure and development processes.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and maintain critical applications within a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Develop automation that improves deployment quality, reliability, and velocity
- Implement effective monitoring, observability, and alerting across applications and infrastructure
- Apply security best practices and controls across cloud and traditional IT environments
- Monitor systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities and support security prevention and detection efforts
- Partner with software engineers and cross-functional R&D teams to integrate security and reliability throughout the development lifecycle
- Support incident response, disaster recovery, and incident management, including regular recovery drills
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative solutions
- Monitor service-level indicators and help ensure systems consistently meet service-level objectives
- Support capacity planning, performance testing, and infrastructure scalability as demand grows
- Communicate technical and security risks clearly to help inform business decisions
- Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Participate in an on‑call rotation with the R&D team
- Stay current with emerging DevOps, SRE, cloud, and security technologies and help share knowledge across the organization
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or a related engineering role
- Experience working with Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud infrastructure management
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices
- Software development and scripting experience, such as Python, Bash, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, infrastructure, and applications
- Understanding of cloud security, security controls, threat detection, and vulnerability management
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident response, and root cause analysis
- Solid understanding of availability, uptime, disaster recovery, release management, and security best practices
- Ability to analyze complex technical information, identify risks, and recommend improvements
- Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity - you want to understand the root cause rather than simply fix the immediate issue
- Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and using data to improve reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross‑functional engineering environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment across multiple environments
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes / containerized, cloud-native environments
- Strong Linux, networking, infrastructure, and application knowledge
- Software development and scripting experience, with the ability to work across multiple technologies
- Experience implementing security controls and best practices across cloud and traditional IT environments
- Knowledge of security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and protective monitoring
- Experience with incident response, disaster recovery, and root cause analysis
- Strong understanding of system availability, uptime, SLOs/SLIs, monitoring, and observability
- Experience with automation, infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and performance/load testing
- Ability to identify, assess, and communicate technical and security risks
- Strong understanding of information security, data protection, and security risk principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline preferred
