Judge Consulting Group seeks a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to design and optimize digital infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations. The role bridges Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, and Software to ensure MES, ERP, and MRP reflect production and enable scalable automation.

You will build system workflows, dashboards, and data pipelines to support ramp, visibility, and high-rate production of advanced defense systems. Onsite at Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years working with MES, ERP, MRP, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a production environment.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and optimization of MES, ERP, and MRP across operations.
• Translate processes into system workflows, data structures, and configurations.
• Lead enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new module deployments.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and leadership.
• Develop KPIs for throughput, yield, WIP, and material availability.
