Founder Institute Dallas seeks a Managing Director to launch and lead the Dallas chapter. You will assemble a leadership team, recruit founders, run the program, and connect cohorts with mentors and investors. FI HQ provides training, playbooks, and AI tools to support you.

Selected leaders will be trained in late 2026, with heavier lift during launch and a steady 6–8 hours per week once the chapter is running, plus equity and commission on program revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and build local teams.
• Strong network within the startup ecosystem.
• Track record of organizing high-visibility events for founders.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a local team of 2–3 co-leaders to cover core areas.
• Recruit aspiring founders through local events and community outreach.
• Run program sessions and keep the chapter on schedule.
• Recruit mentors, investors, and partners from Dallas’s ecosystem.
• Mentor and advise founders in the cohort, connecting them to capital.
• Represent Founder Institute as its face in Dallas.
