Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment
• Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment as needed
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors using appropriate cleaners
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking, snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms and food area equipment
