Job summary

Doorstead in the Dallas area is seeking a Field Associate to conduct property showings for rental properties as a contracted hourly role (1099). You will travel locally to units, prepare spaces for prospects, ensure access, and report feedback.

Optional property evaluations may be requested, documenting conditions with our mobile tooling. The ideal candidate holds a real estate license, communicates clearly, and enjoys working independently with frequent local travel.

Responsibilities

• Property Showings: Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants; Prepare units prior to prospect arrival; Ensure property accessibility and security; Report prospect and property feedback; Paid commute time.
• Property Evaluations (optional): Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outs; Use Doorstead tooling to document property deficiencies; Work independently and efficiently (average evaluation time of 1 hour); Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systems; Take detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system.
