Qualifications

• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and documentation between project team members.
• Assist with bid solicitation and estimate functions.
• Prepare and maintain submittal/RFI logs for construction projects.
• Plan and prepare detailed project schedules up to three months in advance.
• Participate in required construction meetings with subs, designers, and owners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and site condition compliance.
