You will engage in site meetings, support schedules up to three months ahead, and manage administrative tasks such as permits, insurance, bonds, and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least six months of internship or equivalent construction industry experience.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project team communications and documentation.
• Assist in bid solicitation and estimating.
• Adhere to safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain submittal/RFI logs for construction projects.
• Communicate scope changes to the project team.
• Coordinate change proposal, review, and submission processes.
• Participate in required construction meetings with personnel, subcontractors, designers, and owners.
• Plan and prepare detailed project schedules up to three months in advance.
• Support job shadowing with Superintendents and Project Managers to learn role expectations.
• Read and interpret project plans and ensure tasks are executed on-site.
• Handle administrative processes (permits, insurance, bonds, billing, closeout) and accounts payable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field
