The Dallas office of Reed Smith LLP is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Capital Markets group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience representing underwriters and issuers in a variety of securities offerings. An active membership in the Texas bar is required.

Reed Smith offers a competitive salary between $235K and $365K, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a generous 401(k) plan. This position provides a challenging work environment within a respected firm.

The Dallas office of Reed Smith is seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Capital Markets group. Experience representing public companies in ’34 Act work a plus but is not required. Candidates must be an active member of the Texas bar.
