Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a creative Podcast Host/Producer to develop and produce the team's official podcast. This role involves on-air hosting and behind-the-scenes production to create engaging audio content that connects fans with players, coaches, and the team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and co-host the Dallas Bulls podcast, including commentary, interviews, and insights.
• Develop show concepts, outlines, and scripts with the content team.
• Book and coordinate guests such as players, coaches, analysts, and influencers.
• Record, edit, and produce high-quality episodes using audio software.
• Distribute episodes across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts) and promote via social media.
• Monitor engagement, feedback, and analytics to improve content.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule aligned with team events.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, values, and league guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in podcast hosting, production, or audio content creation.
• Strong on-air presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools).
• Understanding of podcast distribution and RSS feed management.
• Passion for football, sports culture, and fan engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and during events.
