Qualifications

• 2–6 years of buy-side investment experience focused on semiconductors.
• Proven experience generating and underwriting fundamental long/short equity ideas.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor business models, industry structure, and key value drivers.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop differentiated views through primary and secondary research.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate an investment thesis.
• Highly intellectually curious, rigorous, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-conviction long and short ideas across the semiconductor sector.
• Conduct deep fundamental research across semiconductor companies, end markets, and supply chains.
• Build detailed financial models, earnings forecasts, and valuation frameworks.
• Identify catalysts and risks in the industry.
• Conduct primary research through management meetings, expert networks, and industry contacts.
• Track earnings, competitive developments, product cycles, and broader semiconductor trends.
• Present investment theses and research findings to senior investment professionals.
