Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and structure requirements into developer-ready specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and write clear tickets.
• Plan and coordinate project plans, milestones, and schedules.
• Allocate resources and manage cross-department dependencies.
• Produce regular status reports with RAG indicators for leadership.
• Engage stakeholders to secure input and sign-off to move work forward.
• Support UAT and ensure features meet user needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes.
