Job summary

Koroseal in Dallas is seeking an Architectural Products Sales Consultant to generate sales and build relationships with facility managers, interior designers, architects, and contractors. You will present wall panels, acoustics, and flooring, and develop product brand awareness for Koroseal in the marketplace.

Based in Dallas and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will travel to support plant visits, sales calls, and tradeshows, conduct demonstrations, tailor proposals, and negotiate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in interior decorative or architectural products.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening to understand client needs.
• Independent worker who can meet deadlines and manage multiple opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients by understanding business needs and offering tailored architectural product solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for mutual benefit.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and respond promptly to inquiries.
