HDR, Inc. seeks an Area Operations Manager to lead the Dakotas/Wyoming practice, overseeing delivery of infrastructure, environmental, planning, and consulting services across a 200+ staff footprint. This role partners with senior leadership to implement strategic plans and drive profitability.

You will manage area operations, collaborate with regional directors, and serve as a client-facing leader in a fast-paced environment, aligning with HDR’s inclusive, employee-owned culture.

Responsabilidades

• Plan area strategic and operating plans and budgets.
• Drive initiation and execution of growth and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee 200+ staff across the Dakotas/Wyoming region.
• Act as Client Manager for key local clients and communities.
• Mentor and develop department leaders and ensure quality delivery.
