Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in Durham, NC, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to prepare orders for shipment and manage inbound/outbound paperwork. You will unload trucks, label received goods, and ensure accuracy of selected items and quantities.

This on-site role requires a High School diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and basic math skills. You will work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime as needed, at $18–$20 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or international equivalent
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks using a pallet jack or other warehouse equipment
• Receive in delivered product and label appropriately for easy storage
• Put away materials and components for storage and/or distribution
• Prepare orders for shipment per pick-ticket using a pallet jack with accuracy
• Operate and inspect material handling equipment in a safe manner
• Verify inbound shipments and sign BOLs, noting discrepancies for management
• Stock and restocking of items in their proper locations in the warehouses
• Load and unload trucks as needed
