What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide education and solutions for dairy producers in collaboration with Sales Professionals
- Assist dealers and co-op customers in making the right nutritional recommendations
- Lead nutritional services for a portfolio of dairy producers
- Organize and conduct producer events to promote best practices and demonstrate profitability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD or DVM degree in dairy nutrition with 2-5 years of experience, or a master's degree in dairy nutrition with 6+ years of field experience
- Proven track record of recommending solutions that support business growth for dairy owners
- Strong leadership, customer focus, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for group settings
- Proficient in computer skills, including ration balancing and Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the dairy industry and familiarity with nutritional services
- Strong ability to form relationships with producers, sales specialists, and feed dealers
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned geography
