Qualifications

• Experience leading a dairy/merchandising team is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise inventory, pricing, and in‑stock processes.
• Comfort with fast-paced, hands-on leadership in retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Dairy Department with a focus on service, sales and readiness.
• Maintain in-stock levels, accurate pricing, and high merchandising standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily operations of the Dairy Department with a focus on customer service, sales, and department readiness
• Deliver friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure shelves, displays, and aisles are clean, full, front‑faced, and merchandised to company standards
• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment

• Ability to analyze sales, labor, and inventory data to drive results
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry products and work in coolers and freezers
