Albertsons Companies is seeking a Dairy Supervisor to oversee daily dairy operations, merchandising, inventory, customer service, product quality, and supervisor responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Lead a team, maintain in-stock conditions, execute merchandising plans and promotional displays, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and contribute to sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Minimize shrink through proper inventory control, rotation, and handling practices.
• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote product knowledge and assist customers in finding solutions that meet their needs.
• Support a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Monitor product dates, temperatures, and storage conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe department environment.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support achievement of department sales, gross profit, labor, and shrink goals.
• Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist leadership in controlling expenses and driving operational efficiencies.

Position Purpose

The Dairy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dairy department, including merchandising, inventory management, customer service, product quality, and associate supervision. This position ensures the department maintains in-stock conditions, fresh products, and attractive displays while meeting sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities Department Operations
