Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate mutual respect and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multitask, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift/move 40–60 lbs. without mechanical assistance for distances.
• Walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep dairy and frozen cases stocked, clean, and organized during business hours.
• Assist customers with purchases and product selection and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for temperature and quality.
• Weigh and label products using scales and ensure accurate pricing and tagging.
• Rotate stock and discard expired items to maintain safety and freshness.
• Operate equipment like knives, scales, wrappers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain overall sanitation and presentation of the dairy department.
